About the room
Two bedroom apartment on the corner of Fernwood and Downtown so it’s got the best of both worlds. Park across the street, grocery store a block away. Transit to every major part of the greater city within a few blocks. Second story with south facing balcony. Sorry the building isn’t smoking/vaping or pet friendly. Though it is a great place to live if you play Pokemon Go. (Two gyms)
About the roomies
Two bedroom currently with two occupants. One moving out so I need a new roommate. I’m a thirty-nine year old male. I’m fairly quiet as a person as I favor headphones over speakers for most things. I’m fairly social and have people over once or twice a week. I’d invite a potential roommate to of course do the same! I’m LGBT friendly. I do work from home four days a week at a Monday to Friday nine-five so ideally I’d like somebody who works away from home, but current roommate works from home sometimes and there’s been zero problems.
