About the room
Furnished (can be empty) room in a townhouse that has inhouse laundry. Rent includes hydro, wifi. Close to UVic (10-15min walk), Tuscany Village/University Heights and Camosun College -Lansdowne Campus. On bus route 27, two block walk to access routes 26, 28 & 39.
About the roomies
I moved to the island in 2010 and work for Island Health. Currently accommodating international homestay students for UVic and Global Village but would like to transition away from that.
