About the room

Furnished (can be empty) room in a townhouse that has 1 (soaker tub/shower) & 1/2 bathrooms, small back yard, full kitchen, inhouse laundry. Rent includes hydro, wifi.

Cat’s name is Rollo. He eats LiveClear, an allergen reducing cat food. I have several friends allergic to cats that have no problem around Rollo. 😻

Room2 available: w/double bed (street facing) 1100/month. Parking is additional $25/month.

Spare room in basement with Pilates set up, queen bed, space for overnight guests 😉

The townhouse complex is a non-smoking property.

Close to UVic (10-15min walk), Tuscany Village/University Heights and Camosun College -Lansdowne Campus. On bus route 27, two block walk to access routes 26, 28 & 39.

About the roomies

I moved to the island in 2010 and work for Island Health. I watch a lot of sports! Love baking & gardening. Bike everywhere! Other roommate is a guest lecturer at UVic. Available room is currently accommodating an international homestay students from UVic and/or Global Village.
