-All utilities are included so no need to worry about them!
-Please bring your own bed and furniture.
-But communal furnitures and cutleries will be provided.
About the area:
-The area is in McKernan and it is 3 minute walk to the train station (yes I timed it)
-It takes 10 minutes to get to University Station from the house. Or 20 minute walk from uni to the house.
-The area has no traffic, it is safe from crime.

Hi guys! I am looking for a two people who can sublet or permanently rent my place starting from July 1st! Tours of the house can be arranged as soon as possible, all of the furnitures of the current bedroom will be moved out and I will be cleaning the whole house before moving in!
