I’m looking for a roommate to share this beautiful upper unit of a century home right in downtown Kitchener. It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom setup, so you’d have your own dedicated bathroom, which is a huge plus. The location is honestly one of the best parts—we’re just steps away from Victoria Park, so it’s tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful, but you can still walk to the downtown core in just a few minutes.

The apartment itself has a really unique aesthetic that makes it feel like a home rather than just a rental. There is plenty of room to spread out with both an upper balcony and a lower deck, and if you have extra gear, there’s an upstairs loft with more storage space than you’ll probably ever need. If you’re looking for a place that has some character and a bit of extra breathing room right in the middle of the city, this is it.

I’m Jackson, a 27-year-old professional. My schedule is pretty consistent, I’m in the office three days a week, and on weeknights, I’m usually at the gym until later in the evening.
