We’re looking for a cat-loving roommate for a private room in a modern 3 bed 2 bath corner apartment located in Vancouver’s Fraserhood neighborhood, available by June 1.

✨ Location: • 📍708 E 28th Ave (along Fraser St), Vancouver • 🚌 #8, #25, #33 bus stops nearby, nearest Skytrain station is King Edward • 🛒 No Frills (grocery) and Shoppers is just on the next block. Ground-floor retail shops soon to open (Happy Cat, Caffè Artigiano, etc). •🍝 Earnest Ice Cream, cafes (Slo, Goldie’s Donuts, Prado, etc), and restaurants (Le Marché St George, Zab Bites, etc) within walking distance. Main street is also just 10-15 mins walk away.

No other pets at this time, and NO SMOKING/DRUGS • 📅 Available: June 1

✨Roommate Dynamic: We’re looking for a clean, considerate, and responsible roommate who values a peaceful home and communication. Should be okay with sharing chores and respects shared spaces. Hopefully someone we can vibe well with!

We’re both in our late 20’s, one works as a creative professional and the other is studying for her masters. We enjoy cooking, baking, art/crafting, reading, working out/sports (yoga/pilates, dance, badminton, pickleball, hiking), watching series and movies, and playing boardgames. We’re both introverts, but we also like having friends, family, or partners over - so expect a warm lively atmosphere from time to time, but we do still stick to agreed upon quiet hours.

Ideally we’d love for this to feel like home for you too, not just a temporary stop — so we’re looking for someone excited about a long-term arrangement if it’s a good match.
