About the room

Hello! ALL-INCLUSIVE, dog/cat friendly, room for rent Beltline/Downtown. Bright & open. Looking for a great roommate :) Available May 1st, but am open to June 1st as well.

Main bathroom would be yours except for the occasional shower/laundry. I keep things clean so I’ll be very respectful of your space. I want this to be OUR apartment, so you feel just at home as me. There are laundry facilities in the building but I have my own private washer/dryer that you are more than welcome to use.

Rent includes all utilities, in-suite washer/dryer, renter’s insurance, internet/wifi, and access to the private gym. Your bedroom (10’ x 11’) would be unfurnished. Everything else is furnished and you are more than welcome to use anything in the house :)

I barely use the kitchen so feel free to cook! I have all the cooking utensils you may need. Lots of fridge/freezer space as well, as I don’t eat much.

Apartment is pet friendly for the right animal (must get along with dogs) and a pet deposit. Damage deposit is one month’s rent. ($720) Pet deposit (as set by building) is a $350 non-refundable fee. Flexible on when DD/PD is paid as I know times are tough.

Apartment is a 3rd floor corner unit in a sturdy concrete building. Noise is minimal! Indoor/outdoor parking is available through the rental company for extra. I typically park on-street though.

About the roomies

I’m a 23 year old 3rd year uni student working downtown. I’m really clean and respectful! I brush my dog several times a week, as well as vacuum to keep fur to a minimum. He’s kennel and potty trained. He’s a deaf rescue so requires someone who knows dogs and is PATIENT. Dog/animal lovers ONLY please.
