Available now: a private room in a shared heritage home near downtown Kitchener and Willow River (Victoria) Park.

The house is home to queer and neurodivergent adults and would be a good fit for someone looking for a quieter, respectful, community-oriented environment. We’re looking for a roommate who is LGBTQ+-friendly, responsible, and comfortable living in a shared home with cats.

The room includes • Hardwood floors • Closet and built-in shelves • Natural light • Access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry, backyard and porch • Easy access to public transportation and/or parking available • Option to re-paint the room if desired

Rent is $850 all inclusive (utilities and internet included)
