Only three people will live in the house: you, the landlady, and one other tenant. Upstairs, there are two rooms sharing one bathroom.

• Please no kitchen use from 11 PM to 7 AM • We are looking for someone who sleeps at night, not a night owl • Light cooking only • No pets • No guests • First and last month rent required • Lease month to month basis • One month notice required for moving out
