The apartment is in an amazing Centretown location — walking distance to the University of Ottawa (around 20–25 minutes on foot or a short transit/LRT ride). It’s also close to Parliament, Elgin Street, the Rideau Canal, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, gyms, and nightlife. The area is very walkable and well connected to public transit, making it ideal for students or young professionals.

The building is near the Rideau Canal, ByWard Market, and downtown core, with easy access to OC Transpo and the LRT. The neighbourhood is known for being central, convenient, and lively, especially during the summer months.
