Everything is walking distance: fast food, restaurants, subway station, laundry is across the street from the house, pharmacies, etc. No parking spots, street parking available. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. Peaceful and friendly living environment. Visitors are not allowed. Minimum is 1 year lease. The price includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
