Hiiiii we are looking for a roommate (female only) to move into our 3 bedroom house in July. It’s a spacious room (unfurnished) that can fit a double bed comfortably on the second floor, with big closet. Laundry is in the basement and shared with the other tenants. We have shared access to the backyard and lots of parking on the driveway. Close to Kipling station, 24 hour shoppers and Farmboy

The background check is something the landlord might ask for but he conducts it. We enjoy occasionally going out, spending time watching a show or just chatting on the couch but also value our alone time. We are friends that have lived together for a few years and are big on communication and are very understanding. We keep the common spaces clean/ tidy but we don’t lose our minds if it gets a little messy once in a while. We have one cat, possibly looking to get another one unless you have one you will bring with you. We like to have a cleaning schedule/ roles to keep everything organized but always willing to talk about expectations/ division of roles. Message us if you are interested or want to talk more!!!!
