Looking to sublet my room from June to the end of my lease at the end of August. This is a small private bedroom with an attached private bathroom in the basement of a house in harbord village. The kitchen is shared with two roommates. The house is just off college, about a 10 to 20 minute walk to U of T campus, close to the 506 streetcar and harbord bus line. It’s about a 15 minute walk to both line 1 and 2. Rent includes all utilities except WiFi, and laundry is free in the house. There is no smoking or pets with this property.

The roommates are one male and one female that are postgrad age. They are quiet and respectful.
