The condo is located near a very large strip mall (2 min. walk to Walmart, Cineplex, clothing and hardware stores, etc..) and major bus routes (1 bus to Ottawa/downtown Gatineau). It is also very close to Gatineau Park so if you like biking/walking, it’s an amazing location! It comes with a double bed (new, 2026), a large Ikea white L-shaped desk a vanity mirror dresser and matching side table (made in Canada wood - solid light colour - see pics).
I am a single professional (40+yrs) outgoing and very independant. I bike, hike, cook, own a vehicle and I am open to sharing adventures on occasion or if you are the strong independent type, I am ok with that as well (come and go as you please). :) I have recently moved in myself having downsized from a house, so I am also just settling in the new neighbourhood. I am seeking a tidy, easy-going person that likes dogs (I have a small Chihuahua who is kind and cuddly and not too ‘yappy’). I am open to someone having a cat as long as they are on top of their grooming and that the cat is comfortable with some small boundaries (kindly stay off of the kitchen counters/ dinner plates ;) I am a relatively quiet person, I like to respect people’s boundaries (holistic space, communication) and well I’m usually at work M-F - 4 days/wk. so this arrangement would be great for a student that requires study time, at home, etc..
