I have a room in a 2 bedroom main floor suite that is shared. Close to Northland Mall and Market Mall, close to the Dalhousie LRT, bus stop is just across the street going in either direction, decently close to the UofC. The room will be unfurnished but the common areas do house some furniture. Not pictured is the room because I do want to respect the current roommate and can send over a picture once i have permission from her.

I live in one of the bedrooms with a pc set up in there, im quiet, pretty self reserved, and am constantly working at either my day job as a barista or my side hustles of book writing and digital art. I am pretty clean and do clean up my own messes, all I ask is that you do the same. The living room and kitchen are a shared space so treat it with respect is all I ask.
