About the room

We currently have a room available in a 3 bedroom bright and open main floor house. There are a few parking spots available, one front driveway spot and two alleyways spots (if required). We have a large backyard and deck attached to the upper unit. Laundry is located in basement suite, shared with lower tenants. Utilities are included in the $785 rent, internet is $25 a month.
