Come and go as you please without bothering the household in this small, but secure, self contained living/bedroom with its own separate entrance off the side of the house for just $550/mo.

Shared bathroom, back yard, BBQ/patio area, and coffee/snack bar with just one adjacent roommate, all separate from the main house. Full communal kitchen and laundry available onsite. All room doors lock for your privacy and security for your stuff. Utilities included.

Furnished with futon couch with thick mattress that pulls down to a good sized bed, wardrobe, shelf, tv, laptop desk that swivels between a chair and the futon and the room has a closet as well. Diagram shows the layout you can expect - not exactly to scale but close enough.

I am pre-qualifying and wait-listing roomies now as there has already been interest shown and I want to choose a compatible fit with the adjacent room occupant.
