Hello! I currently have 1 room available in a 3 bedroom bright and open main floor house. There are a few parking spots available, one front driveway spot and two alleyways spots (if required). We have a large backyard and deck attached to the upper unit. Laundry is located in basement suite and shared with lower tenants. Total rent per person is $810 including all utilities and internet. The unit is located in Rosscarock with plenty of amenities and close proximity to transit.

My name is Dolan, and I am 30 years old and I work full time retail. Maros (27) works in trades and occupies the second room. We are looking for a new roommate as we currently have an empty room left. We are both quite social but also keep to ourselves when we feel the need to. The downstairs tenants are friendly and have a dog so they tend to use the backyard frequently.
