This is a 2 bed 2 bath unit, I am looking for a roommate who could occupy the master bedroom which comes with an attached washroom and walk on closet. The condo comes with various amenities which include BBQ patio that has already opened for summer, a gym, yoga studio, indoor pool, Theater room, games rooms, basketball court, party room etc. There are many groceries stores nearby, Dollarama and Islington Subway station at 5-7 mins walk. I am a working professional. You would share the condo with me. I live in the other bedroom and I have a separate washroom, only the living area is to be shared. I am clean, quiet, easy going gentleman. I would prioritize your comfort/privacy during your stay. I like to travel and watch movies/ television shows. I would like to talk or share my travel stories and talk/discuss about movies/tv shows. I do cook my own food my time to time.
