Single room available, access to whole townhouse. Bedroom Not furnished, however, will help with furnishing if required. Bathroom shared with 14 year old every other week. Close to airport. Clean home, room to store stuff. Groceries not included, utilities included. Great area, close to everything.

I am a single mother with a fantastic, mature child. He is here every other week. Neighbours are great, as long as people are respectful. I work from home, and am very easy going, however, this is not a party house, but I am not a prude. I am fair and reasonable.
