About the room

The room is in a 2 bedroom condo situated within walking distance of the Cowichan Valley trail as well as Tim Hortons and Country Grocer. The carpet has been cleaned and the walls have been painted. The room is unfurnished but I may be able to provide a comfortable queen mattress. Hydro is cheap especially in the summer; about $100 every two months, split in 2.

About the roomies

I’m 39 and currently unemployed with a background in renovations and electrical. I like to go for walks and listen to music. I’m looking for someone clean and quiet that’s easy to get along with.
