About the room
We are in a century old house in the heart of Kitsilano! 2 min walk from west broadway with tons of little coffee shop, good restaurant and great markets.
It’s a 8 bedroom house, we just moved in this month and the 6 of us are furnishing it as we go and making it our home!
We have 2 rooms available, both downstairs in a sunny basement that comes with its own kitchen. Both for $1280 bills included.
The whole house is shared, there’s a large living room / office where we hang out while we study or work, a sunfilled spacious kitchen with its dining room facing south with huge bay windows and outside a huge back deck overlooking a courtyard that screams for a garden (we’re working on it).
There’s 3 shared bathroom, one on each floor, a bike storage, laundry and dryer.
Looking for working adults (20-35) that want to join this house and add their own personality to what we’re trying to make here!

We’re a group of 6 young professionals (20’s to late 30’s). Some of us already know each other from previous home we lived in and the vibe of the house is absolutely delightful.
