We are very caring landlords who have hired a lawn care worker to mow the grass as needed and shovel the snow as needed to keep the house safe and accessible to our tenants. We have some rooms on the main floor that are currently rented to wonderful students who do not smoke, do not have pets, and do not party. The basement renters do get their own separate entrance with separate kitchen from everyone else in the house who have their own shared kitchen on the main floor, however, the laundry is shared between everyone and therefore a laundry schedule is maintained to give everyone a chance to use the machines. We let everyone enjoy the spacious patio and backyard, providing a welcoming, warm home.
