My friend and I (both early 20s, working full-time) are looking for a third girl to join us in a renovated 3 bed, 2 bath unit in our building. This apartment is super spacious (not like a typical Toronto shoebox) and it has a beautiful solarium!

Building requirements: • Reference • Proof of income + employment letter • Guarantor if you’re a student/part-time • First & last month’s rent

We’re both pretty quiet during weekday nights since we work full-time but we also enjoy hanging out sometimes. On the weekends we like to go out and explore the city, try new restaurants and just enjoy the weather whenever we can :) We’re looking for someone who is very clean, respectful, easygoing, and reliable.
