It’s a private room we share bathroom and kitchen in the kitchen. You get your own cupboard. Space you share a fridge with only one other person. We have two chairs outside so you can sit outside and enjoy the outside weather. The room is available for July 1 at $650. The only thing you’ll have to pay extra is the $20 for water bill a month every three months we all get together we get things for the house, being supplies, toilet paper, paper towel, and we all split the cost

We respect each other stuff and we are very quiet and clean. I have a dog her name is Tasha Jesus Shih Tzu. She is a very friendly dog
