About the room
UNIT: Unfurnished bedroom with private bathroom in a furnished two bedroom, two bathroom condo for a female roommate.
AVAILABLE DATE: Available from June (flexible for the right fit)
LOCATION: King street west
ABOUT THE PLACE
Trilogy on King is honestly a really great building to live in, especially if you want convenience and a social downtown vibe. The 504 streetcar stops directly in front of the building, so getting around the city is super easy. There’s also a park directly across the street, and the area in general has a lot of young professionals.
One of the best parts is the underground shopping access — especially during winter. Longo’s, Winners, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, McDonald’s, and more are all connected on the ground level, which makes everyday errands really convenient. Liberty Village is also super close and great for cafés, restaurants, gyms, and going out. I used to walk to Trinity Bellwoods almost every day from here.
The unit itself is on the 12th floor and has a huge balcony with lots of space to sit outside. The available room has a closet and you’d also have your own bathroom. There’s in-unit laundry as well.
The building amenities are honestly great: • Rooftop pool & BBQ area • Well-equipped 24-hour gym • Concierge/security • Shared workspace/coworking area • Games room with pool table, foosball, video games, Jenga, etc. • Party room & movie room • Monthly resident events with free food/drinks
Furniture currently in the room is also available for purchase if interested, including bed frame, mattress, work desk, office chair, mirrors, shoe rack, and balcony chair.
RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate arrangement. Rent is paid directly to the leaseholder. A written roommate agreement will be provided. This arrangement is not covered under the RTA.
RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current roommate
About the roomies
The current roommate works at a bank and is the leaseholder for the unit. I’ve lived here for almost two years and it’s been a really easy and comfortable living situation — I’m only moving out because my sister and I decided to get a place together. Otherwise I’d honestly still be here.
She’s friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. We get along great and the apartment has always had a relaxed vibe. She’s social and fun, but also respectful of personal space if you prefer to keep to yourself sometimes.
Ideally looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and interested in a longer-term stay.
