Unfurnished Master Bedroom with a private bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a walk-in closet. The room also has huge windows with lots of sunlight. Our last roommate was able to fit a queen sized bed, a love seat and a work desk inside the room with still a decent amount of space left to move around.

Unit: 3 Bdrm Townhouse (1655 sq ft) including 3 Bathrooms, Rooftop Patio, in-suite Washer/Dryer. The townhouse is 3-storeys tall and the Master Bedroom is on its own floor. There is a spacious shared living room with two couches, a dining area and a kitchen that includes a fridge, oven/stove and microwave.

The laundry is on the second floor (same floor as the Master Bedroom) and includes a washer, dryer and handwashing sink. There’s a shared rooftop patio that has outdoor furniture for lounging and gardening. The apartment allows pets and we currently have a small senior dog living with us. Sadly we’re not the right fit for cats as we often babysit dogs who may be aggressive towards cats.

Please note that this apartment does not include parking, but it is available at an additional cost through the property manager. Street parking is also available with a permit which you must apply for online through the city.

There’s a bus stop just around the corner with a bus that goes to Lansdowne Station. The station is also only a 15 minute walk from the townhouse.

Ideally we’re looking for a female roommate that’s clean, respectful and is a good communicator.

Hello! My name’s Joan and I’m looking for a new roommate to take over for a roommate that is moving out. Both myself and my other roommate (Jessie) are women in our early 30s who work from home with a few days in the office. We’re both introverts and tend to keep to ourselves, but do enjoy hanging out together for movie nights and evenings out! Ideally we’re looking for a roommate who’s tidy, respectful and a good communicator.

I love gardening, enjoy cooking, and hosting friends occasionally (and you’re welcome to as well!). Sometimes I babysit dogs and have a dog of my own who’s a senior Maltipoo (she’s quiet and sleeps most of the day).
