Plaza with nesters market, bank, auto plan etc is 5 min walk away. The two furnished rooms are on main floor and available for rent starting Oct 10th. 1 room is about 400 square feet and is $1250 per month. 2nd room is about 190 square feet and is $1100 per month. Damage deposit is $500 per room. Bathroom and shower will be shared with 1 other person. WiFi, cable TV, fully furnished living and dining room will be used by you and 1 other tenant. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Looking for clean, responsible tenant to rent on month to month basis. We have two small dogs (Chihuahua and Pomeranian) and 1 large Pressa Canaria. Dogs are separated from living/dining room and 2 rooms being rented by doggie gate. Lots of street parking available.
Wife and I are on second floor. 2 rooms for rent are on main floor and are currently empty. Our dogs are separated from rest of house by a doggie gate.
