The room is a good size and can comfortably fit a double bed plus 2 desks. It includes 2 wardrobes (we can get rid of one if you don’t want it or want more space in your room!), a large bedroom window, and access to most of the downstairs storage closet. Wifi is included. Utilities are split and usually range from about $100–250/month depending on the season (250 range for 2 months in the winter because of electric heating, but we can work something out).

The apartment is a spacious 2-storey unit, so there’s lots of separation and privacy if needed. It has built-in AC, electric baseboard heating, and in-unit washer and dryer

Amazing location with great transit access, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and gyms nearby. LA Fitness is next door, Stockyards is about a 5-minute walk away, and Line 2 is also about 5 minutes away. It’s a really cool up-and-coming area, close to High Park and Sunnyside Beach. Summers here are especially great, and downtown is only about 20 minutes by transit.

Hi! It’s just me in the apartment. I’m an early 30s female currently completing a chemistry undergraduate degree while working in hospitality. During the fall/winter semester, I usually stay at my parents’ place a couple nights a week because of school and scheduling.

I’m looking for a working professional or mature student (25+ preferred), ideally female. I’d love to live with someone respectful, independent, and easygoing who mostly keeps to themselves, but is also down to grab a drink or hang out occasionally.

I enjoy cooking, going out, beach days in the summer, and lately I’ve become a bit more of a homebody. I’m also very clean and take pride in keeping the apartment comfortable and well maintained, as you can probably tell from the photos.
