It’s fully finished with 3 bedrooms, only looking for one person but I’d think about 2. I’m super clean and neat. Everything included. My typical work week is 6 days a week 10 hours a day. Gone from 5:30am and home 5:30pm. I’m super friendly and not used to living alone. Someone to say hi to once n awhile would be nice. I’ll have TV and cable and bed spread in your own room. You get your own bathroom as I use the ensuite which is like 2ft x 4. The other one is 3 times the size and nice. Theirs new carpet since the past renters tore it up. That was a game changer for me I hate used gross carpet. In a Germaphob! Looking forward to have someone stay.
