In Montgomery, 10 minute drive from the University of Calgary, close to the 108 bus to go to the University of Calgary, across the street is a pharmacy, restaurants, and there’s a gas station near by. There’s in-suite laundry, a dishwasher and a big balcony. $100/ a month for covered heated parking. (Also the photo of the room has stuff in it rn but the room will be completely empty of course)
