Bedroom Room: 12X12, large closet, sliding screened window, unfurnished - can comfortably fits a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, and side table. There is a beautiful window facing the backyard looking out to a gorgeous mature maple tree!

Shared Third Room: 12X12 currently unfurnished. I would like to use part of the space for a table to paint watercolours.

Shared Space: Spacious kitchen with sitting island, dinning room, living room and bathroom. Common space is furnished, stocked kitchen with room to add items and furniture to common space.

I’m in my early 30’s working as a GC employee, most days in office. Love spending time at home cooking/baking, reading, painting, sewing and catching up on my favourite shows, and occasionally having friends over for a homemade dinner. Outside of the apartment I love walking, hiking, biking, exploring local places with friends and generally being in nature ❤️
