The apartment: Is a spacious 2 bedroom ample living room space, storage and a balcony and in a rent controlled building
The room: Is a good size and can comfortably fit a double bed plus 1 desk and a dresser. It includes a walk-in closet, a large bedroom window, Wifi & Utilities are split and your half will usually range from about $100–120/month depending on the season, heating is supplied by the landlord and not charged.
Amazing location with great transit access 504, 506, 929, 29 and Exhibition Go station. restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and gyms nearby. It’s a really nice, family centric area, close to Downtown core, BMO Stadium, and Sunnyside Beach. Summers here are especially great, and downtown is only about 15 minutes by transit.

I enjoy cooking, going out, beach days in the summer. I’m also very clean and take pride in keeping the apartment comfortable and well maintained.
