Subletting my furnished room in Dunbar, Vancouver from June 15th-end of August. Move in can be either June 15th or July 1st depending what you are looking for.

Me and my 2 roommates have loved living in this charming basement suite for the past 3 years. Although it is half underground, the windows are not so the rooms get lots of natural light. The Dunbar neighborhood is very safe and quiet as we are close to an elementary school. We are also a very close walk to Dunbar village which has grocery stores, pharmacy, coffee shops, and anything else you may need. We are also only a few minutes walk to the 25 bus stop to UBC and 7 minute walk to the 7 or 2 bus to downtown. Our landlord is also incredible and fixes anything we need within a couple of days!

I am a Microbiology and Immunology student at UBC and will be out of Vancouver for the summer for an internship which is why I am looking to sublet my room. You would be living with 2 other female UBC students (22 and 23 years old) who are very nice, clean, and respectful!
