Old house on a major bus route, in the downtown area. With 5 rooms, in which 2 are for rent. 1 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the top 3rd floor, with a private bathroom. & sky light. There is a shared shower on the 2nd floor, as well as a shared kitchen. The main floor has 2 other rooms, including a bathroom for each, and a living space for the landlord. There is currently 3 other roomies living in the building. Each in their own separate rooms. They go about their lives as normal. Landlord goes about doing what can be done.
