About the room
Bedroom is in a 1150 square ft renovated condo in Holiday Park Resort on Commonwealth Rd in Kelowna BC. The shared sunroom overlooks Duck Lake and a 9 hole golf course.
The room is currently unfurnished, but we can provide a queen bed and a chest of drawers at no extra cost if needed.
Park has many amenities included in the rest, such as swimming pools, hot tubs, a fully equipped gym, an on-site restaurant, an on-site hair salon, 24 hr security.
10 minutes from shopping in Lake Country. 10 minutes from airport and UBCO by car. Bus stop at the end of Commonwealth rd. Parking for one car is available and we have a bike for you to use if you need one. The property is right next to the rail trail, which gives you bike access to many areas.
Must be a minimum of 19 years old. References needed. We are looking for a 1-year lease. No pets.

Levi is a 37 easy going male who works at Holiday Park. He has a very friendly border collie named Ernie so you must be alright with having a dog in the home.
