Convenient location: TTC at foot steeps, grocery store, beautiful park and trails, walking distance to public library.

I am the only one resining in 2 bedroom apartment, utilities will be shared, internet included. I am clean, respectful and I expect the same from people who choose to live with me. Additionally, smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
