The apartment is situated in a great spot right across the street from LaFontaine Park. Down the road is also Mont royal street which is full of amazing shops and restaurants and is pedestrianized during the summer. One block away is the bus stop for the 24 which takes you straight to McGill. There is also the 45 stop across the road which will take you to Papineau Metro station. You would be paying for the larger room with a kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven. The balcony also provides a view of the Olympic stadium. All utilities are included as well as wifi. There is also a small gym and laundry on site. No AC unfortunately. A small metro grocery store is close by with a larger on on Mont Royal street. I am a Grad student at McGill looking for a new roommate. If you are respectful, good at doing chores and cleaning up after yourself, and interested in hanging out and exploring Montreal, we will get along great! When I’m not in the lab I like working out at the gym down the road, reading in the park, or playing games with some of my friends back home.
