About the room

Our home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Erin Woods, with a large yard, neighborhood park right next door. A four piece exercise equipment set available for use in the basement. No smoking or vaping inside. $800 includes utilities and internet. The room comes furnished with a bed (not the one in the picture), a tv and a desk. (Any and all furnishings can be removed from the room if you prefer your own.) Parking is street parking and alleyway parking.

About the roomies

Come join a bunch of nerds that include three females and one male. Half of which are students at U of C. We are a chill group of board game enthusiasts who tend to quiet down around 10. And you get to enjoy the company of a fluffy, handsome big tabby named Gnar. <3
