Comes with a shared bathroom (with 1 other tenant) located next to the room for convenience. Steps from the room is the bright common area (kitchen/living room), which is kept clean with a rotating schedule. This room is ideal for a student or working individual that values cleanliness, quiet, and convenience!

About the roomies
Currently, there are 5 tenants in the house, a mix of students (like myself) and graduates. There are 3 tenants in the basement, but are separated from the upstairs tenants. They are quiet and respecttul. We communicate via iMessage (but WhatsApp/Instagram is possible). We respect each other’s schedules and space by limiting noise and notifying each other about guests. Our landlord, Sam, is respectful and communicative. As our new roommate, you will always feel welcome, respected and safe!
