This room is quite large, furnished (double bed, desk, etc), and uses a shared bathroom. Shared spaces used by all 3 tenants are the kitchen, family room, laundry, and sunroom. The house is furnished. The kitchen is furnished with the basic needs. There’s a full pantry cupboard for each person to store their food, supplies, and any personal pots, pans, knives, containers, etc. that you wish to have. All shared items should be cleaned after use and left ready for others. Each person needs to bring their own bedding and towels. Location: Midnapore, Close to shopping and transit.

• Walking distance to all medical and professional buildings on Midpark Way, Sunpark Drive, and Sunpark Plaza.
• Major shopping centres nearby.
• Train stations nearby, 30 seconds to a bus stop.
• Easy access to McLeod Trail and Stoney Trail SW or SE

I am easy going, easy to talk to, and not easily upset, as are the 2 current tenants. We want to share the house with others who are similar. If you are a young working male, personable, respectful with the shared spaces, and pay your rent on time, you may be a good fit. Because there are some shared spaces, I’m looking for someone who will be respectful of this and keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. I want the space to remain comfortable for everyone. Please no smoking, drugs, or parties. No additional pets - there’s already a dog in the house (mine). Must show proof of employment. Message me if you are interested.
