You’ll get your own private bedroom and private bathroom in a very spacious home with a big backyard. Currently two people living here — a 24-year-old girl and a 30-year-old guy. The house is in a great neighborhood, just a few blocks from all the cafes, restaurants, and shops on 17th Avenue. Only a 10-minute drive to downtown. Rent is $700 per month + utilities (roughly $100–$150 per person). We already have one cat and one dog, We’re open to another cat, but no additional dogs please. Place is available to rent from july and we are looking for single occupant, preferably male.
