This place is ideal for individuals working Downtown Toronto or STUDENTS studying in University of Toronto, Ryerson University, George Brown, ILAC, HANSA language centers, etc.

House Rules: • Renter must be tidy & respect other tenants • Renter must maintain proper hygiene • No Smoking • No Pets • No overnight guests allowed • No unaccompanied guests allowed • No parties • No loud noises or loud music after 11pm • Please keep share-house clean and be respectful and be courteous to other tenants We aim to maintain a clean, respectful, and considerate environment for all housemates.

• Laundry available (only weekends).
• No parking unless requested at an additional fee.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 months stay (Longer stay is preferable)
2. Reference Required
3. Absolutely No-Smoking and non-smokers
4. Clean, Quiet and responsible roommate
5. First and last month’s rent will be required.
6. Prospective tenant will need to provide proof of job/school enrolment along with the application.
