About the room
Room for rent in executive family home. Our last child has moved out and we have a lot of space! Close to Western. Bedroom is in the basement with access to a rarely used sitting room and a 2 piece washroom. You would also have almost exclusive use of a 4 pc bathroom upstairs. (We occasionally use it for guests to our home.) Bedroom is available furnished with a double bed and a dresser. Sitting room is furnished with couches, coffee table, and a tv stand (must provide own TV). Looking for a quiet student who will appreciate a tidy home. Female preferred. Our last student rented only from September to April, so that is an option.
About the roomies
Married couple with 4 adult kids who have been gradually moving out over the last few years. The last one has now left home and we have a lot of room to spare in our house. We have rented to a student for the last 2 years. We are quiet, tidy, and easy to get along with.
