Furnished with one twin bed, bookshelves, a nightstand and a desk. Needs a dresser, which I could provide. Your room is bright and sunny, with large windows and a gorgeous view. Shared bathroom and kitchen with one roommate. Pay laundry in building. Two blocks to the James Bay Thrifty’s and the bus stop. BC Hydro is included in the rent, but you’ll need your own internet account.

I’m an active old woman, quiet, respectful, super clean, chill, a world traveller, and an introverted writer. I’d prefer to share my home with a student or working professional.
