Looking to sublease a bedroom in a 2 bed 1.5 apartment. It would just be you and one other person.
The 3rd roommate (Me) will be travelling indefinitely but may pop in once every few months for a night when they are in Toronto. My stuff will be in storage in the den. When the 3rd roommate (Me) leaves permanently in December a lease assignment can be arranged to have you permanently on the lease with just one other person.

The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. Very quiet. A 5 minute walk to Bathurst Station and 12 minute walk to Spadina, Christie, or Dupont Stations.
This is a super-convenient, safe, and fun location close to all amenities. Great for CLEAN young professionals or mature students. Close to U of T, TMU, and downtown.
