One bedroom with attached bathroom in a shared townhouse with 2 other girls. The townhouse has a lot of space. Each person has their own bathroom and there is a loft area on top floor used as a home office/guest room as well as a balcony! Free street parking!

Both girls are aged 23/24 one a masters student and the other is working as a teacher & Pilates instructor (yes I can get u free Pilates classes😉) Looking for someone to fill the room as our third roommate is moving out to pursue a program in Ontario. Both girls are quiet during the week focusing on work & school but love to go out for dinner & drinks on the weekend. We also both love fitness and staying active and exploring the city (we just moved here in September). The house is also closeby to the river and we love river walks and getting ice cream! Looking for another girl who fits our vibe :)
