• The building is a seven minute walk from school
• The rent is 1175.80 per person, bills are around 50 per person, and a parking spot can be reserved for 120, all per month
• No specific time commitment, though I’d prefer someone who will stay at least until April 2027
• I’m looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, is neat, doesn’t have furry pets, and has a decent tolerance for guests and noise
• I have a girlfriend who comes over once a week and sleeps over sometimes and I regularly have friends over

My name is Adrien, I’m Filipino-American, 21 years old, and I’ve lived in Canada for three years now. I’m a third year film student at Sheridan and I’m on the student board at the SSU. I pole dance, play guitar, sing, do photography, and make random crafts. I’m vegan with a bunch of allergies so I usually can’t share food with people, but I’m always willing to share what I cook.
