Rent includes ALL utilities, including parking. Renter will have their own frig. Main floor washer and dryer and dishwasher.

The renter will be living with the landlord. Male, older, easy-going and socially active. Renter’s bedroom can be furnished if desired. Renter’s second bedroom can be used as an office or tv room. Only 2 people will be living in the home. However, there is a self-contained basement apartment which will be tenanted separately. There is nothing shared between the basement unit and rest of the house.
