About the room

Private room that is shared with 2 other roomates in the house hold. Located on the upper front of the house. Large living room, dining room and fully updated kitchen and laundry. There is a back balcony (which is the entrance to the upper floor) and access to the back yard. All enclosed incase that is required for a fur baby. Internet is not included but 15$ as I dont work from home but can upgrade the plan if needed. This can be discussed for move in, everything else is included. There are 2 closets and plenty of storage in the staircase to the lower level. Spacious bathroom with linen closet beside. The room is not furnished and the house is partially. Lots of space for everyone’s things. I am not set to a certain layout so open to whatever! 😀 The house is close to lots of amenities, food, library, rec center, groceries and BCL. 99B line is 1 minute walk, M train 10 minute walk and about 7 minute bus to Commercial Drive/Expo Line Minimum 6 months but prefer long term

Preferably no couples as its alot for the main bathroom, but possibility at the right fit for everyone.

About the roomies

Youd be sharing with myself, a 31 year old female. I work full time and only home when I am not at work, hiking, seeing friends or visiting my boyfriend in Nanaimo. I also visit Squamish frequently as i moved from there in September. I have a senior bunny rabbit but welcome to more pets. He is currently in the spacious living room but can be put in my room depending on if another pet is moving in. (Pet deposit is $450) Currently there is a senior dog (that will be moving out and was fine with Simba in the living room as they co existed well). I keep shared areas clean and spend a decent amount of time enjoying the sun in the yard. I am a friendly girl who loves art, sports, paddle boarding and hiking. Im an intro/extrovert with a good balance between home time and getting dressed up to go out. I do enjoy a kitchen chat, a drink, bbq or watching a movie with the house mates every once in a while. Ive lived in all sorts of shared houses over the years, I can stick to myself and respect boundries but have made friends through the experiences too. All depending on the vibes! I just like a friendly, clean environment for everyone! 🙂 ✨️

I dont mind having people over as long as we check with eachother. House hold group chats work great for day to day chores, garbage day, etc. This is not a party house. Of course there will be another roommate, neither room has been filled yet.
