It’s a Duplex Apartment and you will be sharing it with 2 more Gents (Working Professionals). Our Weekdays are quite busy and we are mostly not at home, Weekend’s we go out for biking/sometimes hiking or just chill at home with some Beer. We do respect each other’s privacy and expect the same from our New Roommate.

You will be sharing the Washroom with one more person. Apartment is in the heart of downtown and comes fully furnished with working Kitchen/appliances/Dishwasher/ Inhouse Laundry and SuperFast Internet.

Ideal Roommate will be Clean, Friendly and steady income should be able to pay rent on time. Open for both Short term and long term rentals (min. 3 Months)
